Delivery

Regular deliveries are made during working days, mon-fri between 08:00 and 18:00 (except during public holidays).

We ask customers to allow 7 days for delivery. However, goods are often delivered within 48 hours of our receiving your order. We will contact you by email or telephone if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond 7 days, giving you the option to cancel your order.

The chart below is for guidance and gives examples of the level of charges that you can expect to be applied. The example item is a SoulPad 5000-lite™ tent.

We endeavour to send our shipments *carbon free whenever possible.

SoulPad® will despatch your order in the original packaging. We do not re-package our products into any kind of glossy packaging.

We ship worldwide. Just contact us for a shipping quote.

*Our courier offsets the carbon associated with the parcel delivery by calculating the overall carbon emissions generated by their vehicle fleet and operations. They know how many trees they need to plant to offset the average parcel. SoulPad pays a little bit extra for each shipment so that our courier can pay for the planting of trees.

Tree planting is one of the most common forms of carbon offset. Through this process, carbon dioxide is converted into stored carbon, and this is why trees are sometimes referred to as ‘carbon sinks’. By taking this carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, trees clean the air.
